Prof. Sarab N. S. Nagra has been involved in education in various roles – as a Professor, Researcher and as Co-founder of educational technology-related companies. He has worked in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition under the White Sands Missile Range NASA projects; as a Professor he has taught Computer Science and Mathematics; and as an entrepreneur, he is co-founder of StudentSpace – the ERP and Educational Intelligence
Company in the US. Furthermore, he has been involved with the New Mexico Legislation formulating policies linked with educational technology in the State. He has worked closely with the US and NM dept. of Education over the years.
In 2004 on behalf of his company he was awarded by the Ohio House of Representatives for enhancing the quality of education in Ohio.

Dr. Balwant Kaur

Balwant Kaur has BA and MA degrees in Hindi Language and Literature from Miranda House, Delhi University. Her area of research in her PhD was the comparative study of Hindi and Urdu women writers. Apart from four languages (Hindi, English,Urdu, Punjabi) , she also has a deep interest in Indian classical & Punjabi folk music. She has taught at Miranda House for the past eighteen years. Her areas of focus are modern fiction, gender studies and the partition of India. She was a member of the editorial team of the prestigious Hindi Literary Magazine Hans for ten years. She has had-many essays and translations published in literary journals. She has also edited some important literary works, including an anthology of women’s autobiographical fiction, two collections of Rajendra Yadav’s editorials, a fifteen-volume collection of Rajendra Yadav’s complete works, and the re-issue of rare 1931 Hindi Collection of poetry by women. She is a member of Women’s Press Corps, Delhi and also a member of (European Association of South Asian Studies and has presented paper in it’s symposium. She is currently working on Partition, Violence and Riots in India.
Dr. Kanwalpreet Kaur

Dr. Kanwalpreet Kaur is an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Political Science at DAV College, Sector-10 D, Chandigarh. She has five books to her credit, and she has been awarded by the Chandigarh Sahitya Academy for her book, Looking Back with a Twinkle, A Biography of Oshima Zarenghez Samandari Raikhy. She got a grant from the same body for her second book, ‘Rings of Life.’
She has written about 102 book reviews for The Tribune. She has written scores of articles for different newspapers. She has recorded 17 modules for e-pathshala a programme of the MHRD. She has presented papers national and international conferences. She is a member of various Governing bodies running higher educational institutes.
Dr. Frances Levine
President and CEO, Missouri History Museum
Dr. Frances Levine has been Director of the New Mexico History Museum since 2002, and oversaw the development and construction of the newest museum in the Museum of New Mexico system. The New Mexico History Museum campus now includes the Palace of the Governors, the oldest museum in the Museum of New Mexico system, the Fray Angelico Chavez History Library and Photo Archives, The Palace Print Shop, and the Native American Portal Artisans Program.
A native of Connecticut, Frances received her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Anthropology from Southern Methodist University, Dallas. She came to the museum from her position as the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs for Arts and Sciences at Santa Fe Community College (in Santa Fe, New Mexico). At the college she taught classes in New Mexico history and the ethno history of the Pueblo and Hispanic communities of the Southwest. In 2009, she attended the prestigious Getty Museum Leadership Institute, and she is a member of the American Association of Museums, the Mountain-Plains Museum Association and the New Mexico Association of Museums, as well as the American Society for Ethno history, and the Santa Fe Trail Association.
She, the author, co-editor or contributor to several award-winning books including Our Prayers Are in This Place: Pecos Pueblo Identity over the Centuries (1999, UNM Press) Through the Lens: Creating Santa Fe (2008 MNM Press, with Mary Anne Redding and Krista Elrick) and Telling New Mexico: A New History; (2009 MNM Press, with Marta Weigle and Louise Stiver) as well as a chapter in All Trails Lead to Santa Fe (2010 with Gerald Gonzalez, Sunstone Press), and now in press Frontier Battles and Massacres: Historical and Archaeological Perspectives. Dr. Gurminder Singh Khalsa – The Green Guru

Early in his career, Singh was the Chief Architect in developing the Self-Adaptive Intelligent Network Technologies framework in 1998, which was used for distributed datacentre operations and is now modified for multi-dimensional blockchain integration, QoS and protocol management. In 2007, Gurminder co-founded Transformative Capital Inc., a strategic technology and financial advisory firm providing capital formation services.

Dr. Gurminder Singh is also the Founder and Chairman of the International Green Technology Institute since 2003. It has launched various programs such as the Roundtable of Green Thought Leaders, Green Awards, Green Technology Leadership Lecture Series, the Green Technology Entrepreneurial Forum, and the Green Technology Global Expo.
Over the past decade, Singh has been an adviser in renewable energy, blockchain and digital currencies to New Generation Power in Chicago and StealthGrid. He is an Executive Director of GreenEdge Global, and adviser to CyberNorth Ventures, a Canadian Fund Manager and their Cayman Islands-based Crypto Development Fund since 2016.
